All of our four stroke exhaust systems are dyno and race tested for optimum performance gains over your OEM system.

Fitting instructions - 

Loosen all silencer mounts and remove the stock silencer. Repeat for the header pipe. Make sure the stock cylinder gasket is still located in the cylinder. Loosely fit your new DEP header using original fixing bolts, rubber , spaces, nuts and springs. Make sure there is clearance from the frame and water hoses. Install the DEP silencer  Slide the silencer over the header pipe and loosely fit the front of the silencer. Loosely bolt the silencer to the sub frame using all OEM rubbers, spacers and bolts unless an alternative is provided. A silencer fitted under stress can cause failure or damage to the product.
